Agile Coach - London

 As a market leader in the energy trading industry, we are naturally passionate about our software. Our teams are brilliant and know how to build software, but like most teams they need support and coaching to help them move into the next level. That’s where you come in. 
We are looking for a person who lives and breathes the Agile values, and loves to help teams focus on delivering high quality software. That’s the bedrock. 
But really, that’s just the start. 

IMPORTANT NOTE
This is a challenging opportunity to work with tribes/areas of 15+ using Scrum, Kanban and Lean hybrid approaches. If your comfort zone or focus is around a specific methodology, then this role might not be the right fit for you.
 

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE 
To be successful in this role you should have most of the following:
3 years’ experience (or more!) as an Agile Coach across multiple companies
Led teams of at least 7 developers
Track record of delivering technically challenging products
Ability to influence technical discussions to successful outcomes
Demonstrable experience maturing teams to a performing stage
Capable of bending agile techniques to work in the right context
Degree in software development-related fields or equivalent industry hands-on technical experience would be ideal
