Customer Support Manager - Vienna

We are actively looking for Customer Support Manager to join our team and help us to shape a clean energy future! We develop innovative software solutions that contribute significantly to the transition to greener energy.

As a Customer Support Manager you will be the first and second level support for customer inquiries. You will take care of monitoring alerts and basic system analysis, operation and maintenance (Linux). You will organise and perform system updates and upgrades and take ownership of customer documentation and reporting tasks. 

YOUR PROFILE:
Linux knowledge (junior level)
ITIL
Excellent knowledge of German and English
Ability to solve problems independently and
accurately
Proactive team player
Personality with strong organisational and
communication skills
A spirit for quality and process compliance
